Our creative Year 5 Griffins embarked on an exciting journey through the natural world and embraced their inner plein-air artists during a vibrant outdoor art lesson! Armed with sketchbooks and pencils, our curious Griffins explored our beautiful natural landscape, honing their mark-making and observation skills.
As they sketched, the children engaged their geography knowledge, identifying and naming various features of the physical environment, including trees, soil, grass, and leaves. The children had great fun connecting art with nature and learning.
