Wow! We can all say we鈥檝e met a Gold Olympic Medallist today! And what an awe inspiring lady she was. Becky Adlington spoke to us about her life and how she came to be the World Record breaking swimmer that she is today. Children then had the opportunity to ask her some well thought out questions which Becky carefully answered. As Griffins we felt privileged to have Becky visit us at 麻豆传媒官网. A year 6 pupil said, 鈥淚 thought Rebecca鈥檚 talk was inspiring because she made me feel I could be an Olympic Champion too鈥�. Another pupil said, 鈥渁fter Rebecca鈥檚 talk I was inspired to become more fluent in swimming in hope to be like her someday鈥�. What a special afternoon widening our horizons!
